Team Building with Mindfulness
Strengthening the connection between team members is very important to improve collaboration and communication within the team. One of the ways you can do this is with mindfulness.
Mindfulness can help your employees slow down and reconnect with themselves and with their colleagues. It can help them become more present and create the space they need to gain clarity and focus.
In this team event, I apply mindfulness techniques and methods to enhance wellbeing, teamwork, and communication. There is also the possibility to incorporate company-related topics (e.g. reflection on values, processes or products, ideation exercises etc.)
Location: in and around Innsbruck
Duration: starting at 5 hours and up to 2 days
